GOLD'S SCHEDULE

RUN. LEARN. LAUGH. GROW.

WELCOME TO THE

Through training, nutrition, education, and comaradarie runners are inspired to become their best, or what we like to call their personal ‘gold’.  

A typical camp day looks like this:

7:00  breakfast

8:30-9:00  pre-run drills, stretching

9:30-11:00  run (trail runs too)

12:00  lunch

1:00-1:30  lecture

2:00-2:30  free time

2:30-4:00  activity

4:00-5:00  core, strength, stability

5:30  dinner

6:30  games, activities 

8:00-9:30  free time

10:00  lights out

At Project Gold Running Camp, runners participate in a host of fun activities, including sand volleyball, basketball, an adventure course, hiking, swimming, boating, and non-competitive relays and games—plus our notorious annual Amazing Race where runners compete against their personal best times. And, to celebrate the week, we'll have an awards ceremony and party on our last night of camp.
