WELCOME TO THE

THE TOTAL RUNNING EXPERIENCE

Through expert-led training, strength and stability work, and hands-on coaching in nutrition, recovery, and mindset, we equip runners with the tools they need to reach their personal best.

A typical camp day looks like this:

7:00  breakfast

8:30-9:00  pre-run drills, stretching

9:30-11:00  run

12:00  lunch

1:00-1:30  speaker

2:00-2:30  free time

2:30-4:00  activity

4:00-5:00  core, strength, stability

5:30  dinner

6:30  games, activities 

8:00-9:30  free time

10:00  lights out

ACTIVITIES

At Project Gold Running Camp, runners participate in a host of fun activities, including sand volleyball, basketball, mountain excursions, track relays, hiking, and team competitions. And a camp celebration at the end of the week!
